Technical Specification

Before You Buy

This is an LCD panel only — it does not include the front touch glass digitizer. If your touch glass is also cracked, you will need to order the digitizer separately. The 1st Generation iPad Air uses a non-laminated display construction where the LCD and digitizer are separate components — ideal when only one layer is damaged.

This part is for the iPad Air 1st Generation only. It is not compatible with the iPad Air 2 or later.

Installation Notes

iPad Air 1st Generation screen replacement requires careful prying of the front glass to access the LCD beneath. A suction cup and prying tools are needed to release the digitizer before the LCD can be removed. Professional installation is recommended. We will not accept returns on parts that have been installed.
