How to find your exact model
Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO phones show the model under Settings › About phone. Match it to the model name and code in the product title, for example M2004J19G for the Redmi 9. Similar names such as the Note 10 5G and Note 10S have separate listings.

Do some parts fit more than one Redmi model?

Do the charging port boards come with the IC?
Some do. Titles for boards such as the Redmi 8, 9T, A2, A3x, Note 7 and Note 9S say they come with the IC.
What is the difference between side keys and button flex cables?
Side keys are the power and volume buttons themselves, listed as button caps for the Note 8 and Note 8 Pro. Power and volume button flex cables are separate listings.
