How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The model name should read iPad Pro (10.5-inch). Tap the model number to see the A-number (for example A1701).
A1701 is the WiFi-only model. If your iPad has a SIM tray, it is the WiFi + Cellular model and this flex is not the right part.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the iPad Pro 10.5 off and warm the screen edges to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the screen slowly with thin opening picks, avoiding the display cables, and disconnect the battery first.
- Remove the screws and brackets over the charging flex and ease the old flex away from its adhesive.
- Fit the new flex in the same position and seat its connector firmly.
- Reconnect the battery and screen and test the repair before sealing.
- Apply new adhesive, close the iPad and press evenly while it cures.
- Test charging, USB data and all four speakers.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

No. This flex is listed for the WiFi version only. The cellular model (A1709) needs a different flex.
Which colour should I choose?
Choose grey for a Space Grey iPad and white for Silver, Gold or Rose Gold. Compare the photos with your iPad if unsure.
