What this part is
On the iPhone 11 the side (power) button switch and the rear camera flash sit on one flex cable. A drop, liquid damage or a tear during an earlier repair can stop the side button clicking or leave the flash dead.
This flex replaces both. It sits deep inside the phone, so the screen and some internal parts have to be removed to reach it. If the button only feels stuck from the outside, the button cap may be bent rather than the flex being faulty.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The model name should read iPhone 11. Tap the model number to see the A-number (for example A2221).
The iPhone 11 has two rear cameras. The iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max have three.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Apple iPhone 11 off, remove the two pentalobe screws next to the charging port and warm the screen edges to soften the adhesive.
- Open the display carefully and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the parts covering the power button flex, including the rear camera, and unclip the old flex.
- Fit the new flex, line up the switch with the side button and refit the brackets and screws.
- Reconnect the display and battery, then test the repair before sealing.
- Apply new adhesive, close the phone and press evenly while it cures.
- Test the side button, torch and camera flash.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
