What this part is
The iPhone 11 Pro uses an NFC coil near the back of the phone for Apple Pay, contactless transport cards and reading NFC tags. If the coil is torn, corroded or disconnected after a rear glass or battery repair, contactless payments stop working.
This coil fits both the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max. It restores the antenna only. If Apple Pay cannot be set up at all, or Wallet shows an error, the fault may be on the main board.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The model name should read iPhone 11 Pro. Tap the model number to see the A-number (for example A2160).
The iPhone 11 Pro has a 5.8-inch screen and the 11 Pro Max a 6.5-inch screen. Both have three rear cameras and use this coil.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Apple iPhone 11 Pro off, remove the two pentalobe screws next to the charging port and warm the screen edges to soften the adhesive.
- Open the display carefully and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the battery and the parts covering the NFC coil, then unclip the old coil.
- Fit the new coil in the same position and seat its connector firmly.
- Reconnect the display and battery, then test the repair before sealing.
- Apply new adhesive, close the phone and press evenly while it cures.
- Test Apple Pay or an NFC tag, and check wireless charging.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the iPhone 11 Pro Max?
Yes. The same NFC coil is used in the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. It does not fit the iPhone 11.
Will this fix Apple Pay?
It will if the fault is a damaged NFC coil. If Apple Pay cannot be added in Wallet at all, the fault is usually on the main board.
Is it made by Apple?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality nfc coil made to fit the iPhone 11 Pro, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. Opening an iPhone 11 Pro needs heat, pentalobe and tri-point screwdrivers and new adhesive, and the battery must be disconnected safely.
