The SIM card reader is the socket inside the iPhone 13 that touches the gold contacts on your SIM. If its pins are bent, corroded or the flex is torn, the phone may show No SIM or Invalid SIM even with a working card.
This part is a dual SIM reader that takes two nano-SIM cards. That layout is used in dual nano-SIM versions of the iPhone 13 sold in some markets. If your phone has a single-SIM tray, this reader will not match it.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The model name should read iPhone 13. Tap the model number to see the A-number (for example A2482).
The iPhone 13 has a 6.1-inch screen and two rear cameras set diagonally. The iPhone 12 has its two cameras in a vertical line, and the iPhone 13 Pro has three.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the iPhone 13 off, remove the two pentalobe screws next to the charging port and warm the screen edges to soften the adhesive.
- Open the display carefully and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the main board to reach the SIM reader and its flex.
- Unclip the old reader and fit the new one, lining it up with the SIM slot.
- Reconnect the display and battery, then test the repair before sealing.
- Apply new adhesive, close the phone and press evenly while it cures.
- Test both SIM slots and make a call on each.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my iPhone 13?
Yes, if Settings › General › About shows iPhone 13. It fits models A2482, A2631, A2633, A2634 and A2635. It does not fit the iPhone 12 or iPhone 13 Pro.

No. The iPhone 12 uses a different dual sim card reader with flex. This part is made only for the iPhone 13.
Will this work with a UK iPhone 13?
UK iPhone 13 models have a single nano-SIM slot and eSIM. This is a dual SIM reader, so it is meant for dual nano-SIM versions. Compare your old reader with the photos before ordering.

Should I fit it myself?
