Inside the iPhone 13 Pro Max, a thin metal bracket sits over the rear camera module and screws down to hold it firmly in place and cover its connectors. If this bracket is bent, lost or damaged during a repair, the cameras can sit loose, the connectors can work free and the camera may rattle or fail to focus properly.
This part is only the metal bracket cover. It does not include any camera, lens or flex cable. If the camera itself is faulty, you need a new rear camera module.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The model name should read iPhone 13 Pro Max. Tap the model number to see the A-number (for example A2643).
The iPhone 13 Pro Max has a 6.7-inch screen and three rear cameras. The iPhone 13 Pro is smaller, with a 6.1-inch screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the iPhone 13 Pro Max off, remove the two pentalobe screws beside the charging port and warm the edges to soften the adhesive.
- Open the phone carefully and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the screws and lift the old camera bracket away from the rear camera module.
- Place the new bracket over the camera module and refit every screw in the same hole it came from.
- Reconnect the battery and check all rear cameras before sealing.
- Apply new adhesive, close the phone and press evenly while it cures.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
