What this part is
The loudspeaker sits at the bottom of the iPhone 16 Pro, next to the charging port. It plays ringtones, alarms, music and speakerphone calls. When it is damaged by a drop, water or dust in the grille, sound can crackle, buzz or stop altogether.
This is a replacement loudspeaker (ringer) module. It is not the earpiece at the top of the screen, which you hear during normal calls. Before ordering, check the speaker grille is clean and that the phone is not stuck in headphone or Bluetooth mode.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The model name should read iPhone 16 Pro. Tap the model number to see the A-number (for example A3083).
The iPhone 16 Pro has a 6.3-inch screen and three rear cameras. The iPhone 16 Pro Max is larger, with a 6.9-inch screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the iPhone 16 Pro off, remove the two pentalobe screws next to the charging port, then warm the screen edges to soften the adhesive.
- Open the display carefully and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the screws and bracket holding the loudspeaker at the bottom of the phone.
- Lift out the old speaker, fit the new one in the same position and refit its screws.
- Reconnect the battery and display, then play a ringtone and some music before sealing.
- Apply new adhesive, close the phone and press evenly while it cures.
- Check ringtone volume, speakerphone calls and media sound.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the iPhone 16 Pro Max?
No. The iPhone 16 Pro Max uses a different loudspeaker. This part is listed only for the iPhone 16 Pro.
Will this fix quiet sound during normal calls?
No. Normal calls use the earpiece at the top of the screen. This part is the bottom loudspeaker for ringtones, music and speakerphone.
Is it made by Apple?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the iPhone 16 Pro, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. Opening an iPhone 16 Pro needs heat, pentalobe and tri-point screwdrivers and new adhesive, and the battery must be disconnected safely.
