These are the outer power (side) and volume buttons for the iPhone 16e. They are the metal keys you press on the edge of the phone. If a button has been bent, pushed in, lost, or feels loose or sticky, replacing the button set restores a clean click and a neat finish.
This set is the outer keys only. It is not the internal flex cable. If the buttons click normally but the phone does not respond, the flex or main board is the likely fault instead. Choose the colour that matches your phone's frame.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The model name should read iPhone 16e. Tap the model number to see the A-number and compare it with the box.

Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the iPhone 16e off, remove the two pentalobe screws next to the charging port, then warm the screen edges to soften the adhesive.
- Open the display carefully and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the internal brackets and flex that hold the buttons in place, then push the old keys out of the frame.
- Fit the new keys from inside the frame, then refit the flex, brackets and screws.
- Reconnect the battery and display, then check each key clicks and responds before sealing.
- Apply new adhesive, close the phone and press evenly while it cures.
- Check the power, volume up and volume down keys all work normally.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
