What this part is
This transparent case keeps your Galaxy's colour on show while protecting it from knocks, scuffs and drops. The corners are reinforced to soak up impact, and a raised lip around the screen and cameras keeps the glass off the table when the phone is laid face down.
It is slim and light, with cut-outs for the charging port, buttons, speakers and cameras. It is made from anti-yellowing TPU, and the charging port stays fully open so you can charge with the case on. Cut-outs differ between models, so the wrong option will not fit.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name (for example Galaxy A56 5G) and model number (starting SM-A) are shown there. Select the matching option.
The Galaxy A16 comes in 4G and 5G versions, which have separate options. Neighbouring models such as the A36 and A37 look similar but have different camera and button positions.

How a technician fits this part
- Remove any old case and wipe the phone clean and dry.
- Check the option you received matches your phone's model name.
- Line up the camera cut-out and push the top corners of the phone into the case.
- Press the bottom edge in and run a finger round the rim so it sits flush.
- Test the buttons, charging port and cameras.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy A56?
Yes, if you select the Galaxy A56 5G option. Each model in the list has its own case, so choose the option that matches Settings › About phone.
Does the A36 case fit the A37?
No. Cut-outs and dimensions vary between models, so a case for one will not fit another. The same goes for the A16 4G and A16 5G.
Will the case turn yellow over time?
It is made from anti-yellowing TPU, so it stays clear for longer than a standard silicone case. The raised lip also sits alongside most tempered glass screen protectors.
Is it made by Samsung?
