How to check your model
Check the name in the Google Home app › your device › Settings › Device information. It should read Nest Hub Max.
The Nest Hub Max has a 10-inch screen and a built-in camera. The standard Nest Hub is smaller, with a 7-inch screen and no camera.

How a technician fits this part
- Unplug the Nest Hub Max from mains power.
- Warm the edges of the display to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the screen carefully and disconnect the display and touch cables.
- Connect the new screen and power on to test display and touch before sealing.
- Fit new adhesive and press the screen evenly into place.
- Check touch, display, camera and sound.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
