What this part is
The Google Pixel 7a display is a single bonded part. The cover glass, touch layer and panel are joined, so a cracked front, patchy touch or a picture with lines means the whole assembly is replaced.
This LCD assembly arrives already fitted to a new mid-frame. The fitter moves the battery, main board, cameras and small parts across, which avoids prising the screen from the old frame. It uses an LCD panel rather than OLED. Colours, black levels and brightness may look different from the screen the phone was sold with. Adhesive comes pre-applied. A fingerprint sensor flex cable is included. The Pixel 7a was sold with an OLED screen, and on an LCD replacement the under-display fingerprint sensor may not work. Face Unlock and your PIN are not affected.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Pixel 7a. The model code (GWKK3, GHL1X, G0DZQ or G82U8) is printed on the box and in Settings › About phone › Regulatory labels.
The Pixel 7a has a flat 6.1-inch screen and two rear cameras. The Pixel 7 is slightly larger, with a 6.3-inch screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and warm the edges of the old screen to soften the adhesive.
- Open the phone carefully and disconnect the battery before any other connector.
- Move the battery, main board, cameras, speakers and small parts into the new Pixel 7a frame.
- Connect the new screen and test display, touch and brightness before closing.
- Seal the back with new adhesive and press evenly while it cures.
- Final check: display, touch, fingerprint, calls, speakers, cameras and charging.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Pixel 7a?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Pixel 7a. It fits models GWKK3, GHL1X, G0DZQ and G82U8. It does not fit the Pixel 7, Pixel 8a or Pixel 6a.
Does it fit the Pixel 7?
No. The Pixel 7 has a larger 6.3-inch screen and a different frame. This part is made for the Pixel 7a only.
Will the in-screen fingerprint sensor work?
It may not. This is an LCD replacement, and the Pixel 7a's optical fingerprint sensor is designed to read through an OLED screen. Face Unlock and your PIN still work.
Is it made by Google?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality LCD screen assembly made to fit the Google Pixel 7a, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. Opening a Pixel 7a needs heat, thin tools and fresh adhesive, and the battery must be disconnected first.
