What this part is
The Galaxy A36 display is a single bonded unit of glass, touch layer and panel. This version arrives already mounted in a new mid-frame, so the technician moves the phone's internal parts across rather than cutting the old screen away. The frame edges are visible from outside, so pick the colour closest to your phone.
It is an LCD replacement. The A36 shipped with OLED, so blacks and contrast will look a little different, and the optical fingerprint sensor under the display may not work. Face recognition, PIN and pattern unlock are not affected.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model number should read SM-A366B (Galaxy A36).

Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power off, eject the SIM tray and warm the back cover to lift it.
- Disconnect the battery, then remove the internal covers.
- Transfer the battery, boards, cameras and small flex cables into the new frame.
- Plug in the new screen and check display, touch and brightness.
- Refit the back cover with new adhesive and press it down firmly.
- Test calls, audio, cameras, buttons and charging.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy A36?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows SM-A366B.
Does it fit the Galaxy A56 or A35?
No. The A56 and A35 use different screens and frames, even though they look alike.
Will the fingerprint sensor work?
It may not. The A36's under-display fingerprint sensor is designed for its OLED screen, and this is an LCD. Face recognition and PIN unlock still work.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality LCD assembly made to fit the Galaxy A36, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. Every internal part has to move to the new frame, and the back cover needs new adhesive.
