The SIM tray holds two nano SIM cards and slides into the bottom of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. A bent or cracked tray can stop the phone reading your SIM, jam in the slot, or leave a gap in the frame.
This tray is made for the S25 Ultra, model SM-S938B, and holds two SIM cards. Choose the colour closest to your phone's frame. Fitting is a simple swap from the outside, with no need to open the phone.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model number should read SM-S938B or start SM-S938.
The S25 Ultra has a built-in S Pen. The S25 and S25+ do not, and use different trays.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Push a SIM ejector pin into the small hole beside the tray to release it.
- Pull the old tray out and move your SIM cards across.
- Seat the SIM cards flat in the new tray with the gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray back in the same way round until it sits flush.
- Power on and check both SIM cards are detected.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
