What this part is
The Galaxy A50's power and volume keys work through a flex cable fitted inside the frame edge. After years of use, a hard knock or water exposure, the contact switches on this cable can wear or crack.
This is the internal cable only. It is the usual fix when the keys still move but the phone does not respond to them.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy A50, not A50s or A51.
The A50s and A51 look similar from the front but use different internal parts.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Use gentle heat to release the back cover adhesive and lift it off.
- Remove the internal cover screws and disconnect the battery.
- Detach the old side key flex from the frame and board.
- Place the new flex behind the keys and connect it.
- Reconnect the battery, test the keys and close the phone with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the Galaxy A50s or A51?
No. Both use different side key flex cables.
How do I know it is the flex cable and not software?
Restart the phone first. If a key still does nothing, or the phone reacts as if it is held down, the flex cable is the most likely cause.

No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality flex cable made to fit the Galaxy A50, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
