What this part is
In the S20 FE, the charging port, loudspeaker and bottom microphone sit on a sub board at the bottom of the phone. A long flex cable carries power and signals between that sub board and the main board. If it is torn during a repair, or damaged by a drop or liquid, several lower-board functions can fail at once.
This part replaces that connector flex. It is a good fix when a charging port swap did not help, or after the old flex was damaged while the phone was open.

Signs it needs replacing

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S20 FE 5G. The model number starts SM-G781B.
If your model number is SM-G780F (4G), contact us before ordering so we can confirm fit.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Heat and remove the back cover, then remove the covers over both boards.
- Disconnect the battery before any other connector.
- Unclip the old flex from the main board and sub board and peel it free.
- Lay the new flex in the same path, connect both ends and test charging, sound and microphone.
- Refit the covers and seal the back cover with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the Galaxy S21 FE?
No. The S21 FE uses a different flex and layout.
How do I know it is the flex and not the charging port?
If charging, the loudspeaker and the bottom microphone all fail together, the flex is a likely cause. If only charging fails, try the charging port board first.
Is it made by Samsung?
