How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S7 edge, not Galaxy S7. The model number should read SM-G935F or SM-G935FD.
Try your SIM in another phone. If signal is fine there, the phone's antenna is the likely fault.

How a technician fits this part
- Power off the phone and warm the back glass to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back glass and disconnect the battery.
- Remove the antenna cover and unclip the old antenna.
- Fit the new antenna and press each contact firmly into place.
- Reconnect the battery and test calls and mobile data.
- Refit the covers and back glass with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
