What this part is
The SIM card tray on the Google Pixel 6 Pro holds your nano-SIM in the slot on the side of the frame. Trays get lost when swapping SIMs, bent when pushed in the wrong way, or broken in a drop, and a damaged tray can stop the SIM from being read.
This is a replacement SIM card tray made for the Pixel 6 Pro. It slides straight in with no tools or heat. If the phone still shows no SIM with a new tray and a working SIM card, the SIM reader inside the phone may be at fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Pixel 6 Pro, not Pixel 6 or Pixel 7 Pro. The model code (GLU0G, G8V0U, GF5KQ) is shown in Settings › About phone › Regulatory labels and on the box.
The Pixel 6 Pro has a 6.7-inch curved screen and three rear cameras in a full-width camera bar. The Pixel 6 has a smaller flat screen and two rear cameras.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Pixel 6 Pro off.
- Push a SIM pin into the small hole next to the SIM slot and pull out any old tray.
- Place your nano-SIM in the new tray with the cut corner matching the tray.
- Slide the tray in straight until it sits flush with the frame.
- Power on and check that the phone reads the SIM and shows signal.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
