What this part is
The loudspeaker at the bottom of the Google Pixel 9 plays ringtones, alarms, music and speakerphone calls. Water, dust and drops can damage the speaker so it sounds quiet, rattles or stops working.
This is the bottom loudspeaker unit only. The top speaker used for calls is a separate part. Before ordering, clean the speaker grille and check the volume and Bluetooth settings. Fitting it means opening the phone from the screen side.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Pixel 9, not Pixel 9 Pro. The model code (G2YBB, GUR25) is shown in Settings › About phone › Regulatory labels and on the box.
The Pixel 9 has a 6.3-inch screen and two rear cameras. The Pixel 9 Pro has the same screen size but three rear cameras.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Pixel 9 off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the screen edges and open the phone carefully from the display side.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other part.
- Remove the parts covering the old loudspeaker and lift it out.
- Fit the new loudspeaker, making sure any gaskets and contacts sit correctly.
- Reassemble with new adhesive and test sound, calls and media at full volume.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the Pixel 9 Pro?
No. The Pixel 9 Pro has the same screen size but three rear cameras, and it uses a different part. This loudspeaker is for the Pixel 9 only.
Will this fix quiet phone calls at my ear?
No. Call audio at your ear comes from the top speaker. This loudspeaker covers ringtones, media and speakerphone.
Is it made by Google?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the Google Pixel 9, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Pixel 9 opens from the screen side with heat and adhesive, and the battery must be disconnected safely.
