In the Honor 20S the charging socket sits on a small separate board at the bottom of the phone, rather than on the main board. That makes it the part to replace when the socket is worn, loose or damaged.
A worn charging port often shows up as a cable that falls out, charging that stops when the cable moves, or a computer that no longer detects the phone. Before ordering, clean out the socket and try another cable and charger, as lint and a bad cable cause many of the same signs.

How to check your model
Open Settings › System › About phone. The model name should read Honor 20S, not Honor 20. The model code is also shown there and on the phone's box.
The Honor 20S is a separate model from the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro. Check the exact name before ordering.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Honor 20S off and remove the SIM tray.
- Remove the back cover carefully, using gentle heat if it is glued.
- Disconnect the battery connector before anything else.
- Remove the screws and covers, then unclip and lift out the old charging port board.
- Fit the new board, reconnect every flex cable and test charging before closing.
- Refit the back cover with new adhesive and check charging, calls and the loudspeaker.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the Honor 20?
No. The Honor 20 is a different model and needs its own charging port board.
