The Honor 60 SE holds its SIM cards in a small tray on the side of the phone. Trays are easy to lose, and they bend if pushed in the wrong way round. A bent tray can stop the SIM being read, or get stuck in the slot.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Honor 60 SE, not Honor 60, Honor 60 Pro or Honor 20S. The full model code is also shown there and on the phone box.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Push a SIM ejector pin into the small hole beside the tray to release it.
- Remove the old tray, if there is one, and check the slot is clear of debris.
- Place your nano SIM cards in the new tray, contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray back in the right way round until it sits flush.
- Power on and check the SIM is detected and has signal.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
