What this part is
The Honor 6A holds its SIM cards in a small tray on the side of the phone. Trays are easy to lose, and they bend if pushed in the wrong way round. A bent tray can stop the SIM being read, or get stuck in the slot.
This is a SIM + SIM / microSD card tray, with one slot that takes either a second nano SIM or a microSD card. Pick the colour that matches your phone. Fitting takes seconds with a SIM ejector pin.

Signs it needs replacing

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Honor 6A, not Honor 6X, Honor 6C or Honor 7A. The full model code is also shown there and on the phone box.
The Honor 6A was sold under the Huawei Honor name. Older units may list the maker as Huawei.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Push a SIM ejector pin into the small hole beside the tray to release it.
- Remove the old tray, if there is one, and check the slot is clear of debris.
- Place your nano SIM and microSD in the new tray, contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray back in the right way round until it sits flush.
- Power on and check the SIM is detected and has signal.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Honor 6A?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Honor 6A. It is made for this model only and does not fit the Honor 6X, Honor 6C or Honor 7A.
Does it fit the Honor 6X?
No. The Honor 6X uses a different part. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before ordering.
Does it hold two SIM cards?
Yes. It has one nano SIM position and a second position that takes either a nano SIM or a microSD card.
Is it made by Honor?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality SIM card tray made to fit the Honor 6A, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
Yes. A SIM tray needs no tools or heat. Power the phone off, eject the old tray with a SIM pin and slide the new one in the right way round.
