What this part is
On the Honor 9X Lite the charging socket sits on a small board at the bottom of the phone, joined to the main board by a flex cable. Worn contacts, bent pins or liquid damage can stop charging, slow it down or break the data connection to a computer.
It is a complete charging port board, not a loose socket, so no soldering is needed. Before you order, try a different cable and plug and clean out any fluff from the port with a plastic tool. If charging is still faulty, the board is the usual fix.

Is this the right part?
Signs it needs replacing

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Honor 9X Lite, not Honor 9X. The model code is also shown there and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and warm the back cover to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back cover carefully and remove the covers over the lower board.
- Disconnect the battery first, then the flex cables on the charging board.
- Remove the screws, lift out the old board and fit the new one in the same position.
- Reconnect the flex cables and battery, then test charging and USB data before closing.
- Fit new adhesive, close the back cover and press evenly.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Honor 9X Lite?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Honor 9X Lite. It does not fit the Honor 9X, Honor 9X Pro, Honor 9 Lite.
Does it fit the Honor 9X?
No. The Honor 9X is a different phone and uses different parts. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Will it fix slow charging?
If the slow charging is caused by a worn or dirty socket, yes. If the battery is worn out, or the charger or cable is faulty, a new board will not help. Test with a known good cable and plug first.
Is it made by Honor or Huawei?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port board made to fit the Honor 9X Lite, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Honor 9X Lite must be opened, the battery disconnected and the back cover sealed again with new adhesive.
