What this part is
The Honor 9X plays ringtones, media and speakerphone calls through this loudspeaker module. Over time, water, dust or a drop can damage the speaker, so sound becomes quiet, rattles or stops completely.
This part does not change the earpiece you hold to your ear on a normal call; that is a separate speaker. Before ordering, clean the speaker grille gently and check that the phone is not stuck in headphone or Bluetooth mode.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the device name. It should read Honor 9X, not Honor 9X Pro or Honor 9X Lite.
The Honor 9X has a pop-up front camera and no notch in the screen. The Honor 9X Lite has a small notch at the top of the screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Open the phone carefully with gentle heat and thin opening tools.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other part.
- Unscrew and lift out the old loudspeaker module, keeping any gaskets or mesh.
- Fit the new loudspeaker, refit the screws and reconnect the battery.
- Test ringtone, media and speakerphone sound before resealing the phone.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

No. This part is made for the Honor 9X and is not listed as compatible with the Honor 9X Pro. Always check the device name in Settings › About phone before ordering.
Will it fix the speaker I hear calls through?
No. On a normal call you hear the earpiece at the top of the phone. This loudspeaker handles ringtones, media, alarms and speakerphone.

No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality part made to fit the Honor 9X, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. Opening the Honor 9X needs gentle heat, the right tools and care with the battery and flex cables.
