What this part is
On the Honor X6b the USB-C charging port sits on a small board at the bottom of the phone, joined to the main board by a flex cable. Daily plugging in, pocket lint and drops wear the port, and the charger may then connect only at an angle or not at all.
This is the complete board with the port already fitted, so no soldering is needed. If the phone still does not charge with a new board and a known good cable, the battery or main board may be at fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Honor X6b, not Honor X6a. The model code is also shown there and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover of the Honor X6b and lift it gently with a plastic pick.
- Remove the screws and the bottom cover, then disconnect the battery connector first.
- Unplug the flex cable from the old charging port board and lift the board out.
- Fit the new board, reconnect the flex cable firmly and refit the bottom cover and screws.
- Reconnect the battery, fit new adhesive, close the back cover and test charging with a known good cable.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Honor X6b?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Honor X6b. It does not fit the Honor X6, Honor X6a, Honor X7b.
Does it fit the Honor X6a?
No. The X6b and X6a have similar names but are different phones with different internal parts. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Do I need to solder anything?
No. This is a complete board with the USB-C port already fitted. It connects with a flex cable and is held by screws or light adhesive.
Is it made by Honor?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port board made to fit the Honor X6b, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back cover of the Honor X6b is held with adhesive, and the battery must be disconnected before the new board is connected.
