What this part is
The loudspeaker in the Honor X6b sits at the bottom of the phone and plays ringtones, alarms, media and speakerphone calls. Liquid, dust and drops can damage it, so sound becomes distorted, very quiet or stops completely.
This is the loudspeaker module only. It does not replace the earpiece speaker at the top of the screen that you hear during normal calls. Before ordering, clean the speaker grille and check the sound settings, as a blocked grille can sound like a faulty speaker.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Honor X6b, not Honor X6a. The model code is also shown there and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover of the Honor X6b and lift it gently with a plastic pick.
- Remove the screws holding the bottom cover and disconnect the battery connector first.
- Lift out the old loudspeaker module and clean any dust from the grille area.
- Fit the new loudspeaker so it sits flat and its contacts line up, then refit the covers and screws.
- Reconnect the battery, fit new adhesive, close the phone and test ringtone, media and speakerphone.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Honor X6b?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Honor X6b. It does not fit the Honor X6, Honor X6a, Honor X7b.
Does it fit the Honor X6a?
No. The X6b and X6a have similar names but are different phones with different internal parts. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Will it fix sound during normal calls?
Only if you use speakerphone. Normal calls use the earpiece speaker at the top of the screen, which is a separate part. This loudspeaker plays ringtones, media and speakerphone.
Is it made by Honor?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the Honor X6b, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Honor X6b has to be opened with heat and plastic tools, and the battery must be disconnected first.
