What this part is
The loudspeaker in the Honor X7 sits at the bottom of the phone and plays ringtones, alarms, media and speakerphone calls. Liquid, dust and drops can damage it, so sound becomes distorted, very quiet or stops completely.
This is the loudspeaker module only. It does not replace the earpiece speaker at the top of the screen that you hear during normal calls. The supplier lists this speaker for the Honor X7 and the Honor Play 30 Plus. Before ordering, clean the speaker grille and check the sound settings, as a blocked grille can sound like a faulty speaker.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Honor X7, not Honor X7a. The model code is also shown there and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover of the Honor X7 and lift it gently with a plastic pick.
- Remove the screws holding the bottom cover and disconnect the battery connector first.
- Lift out the old loudspeaker module and clean any dust from the grille area.
- Fit the new loudspeaker so it sits flat and its contacts line up, then refit the covers and screws.
- Reconnect the battery, fit new adhesive, close the phone and test ringtone, media and speakerphone.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fit my Honor X7?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Honor X7. It does not fit the Honor X7a, Honor X7b, Honor X8.
Does it fit the Honor X7a?
No. The Honor X7 (2022) and Honor X7a (2023) are different phones with different internal parts. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Will it fix sound during normal calls?
Only if you use speakerphone. Normal calls use the earpiece speaker at the top of the screen, which is a separate part. This loudspeaker plays ringtones, media and speakerphone.
Is it made by Honor?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the Honor X7, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Honor X7 has to be opened with heat and plastic tools, and the battery must be disconnected first.
