What this part is
On the Honor X8a the USB-C port is mounted on a small sub-board at the bottom of the phone, joined to the main board by a flex cable. Daily plugging in, pocket lint and moisture wear the port out, so the phone stops charging or the cable feels loose.
This part replaces the whole charging port board, so the port and its connector are new. A new board restores normal charging and data. If the phone still will not charge with a new port, the fault may be the battery or the main board.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Honor X8a, not a Pro, Lite or other version. The model code (CRT-LX1 or CRT-LX2 or CRT-LX3) is shown under Settings › About phone › Model.
The Honor X8a has a 6.7-inch screen and a USB-C port. The older Honor X8 has a different body and internal layout.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover gently, open the phone and disconnect the battery first.
- Remove the lower cover and disconnect the flex cables from the charging port board.
- Unscrew the old board and fit the new one in the same position.
- Reconnect the flex cables and battery, then test charging and a computer connection.
- Refit the covers, seal the back with new adhesive and run a final check.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fit my Honor X8a?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Honor X8a. It is made for models CRT-LX1, CRT-LX2 and CRT-LX3. It does not fit the Honor X8, Honor X8b, Honor X7a.
Does it fit the Honor X8?
No. The Honor X8 is a different phone with a different charging port board. This part is for the Honor X8a only.
Will it fix a phone that charges slowly?
It will if the port is worn or damaged. If a new cable and plug also charge slowly, the port is the likely cause. If the battery is worn, a new port will not help.
Is it made by Honor?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port board made to fit the Honor X8a, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back cover is held by adhesive, and the battery must be disconnected before the board is removed.
