What this part is
The SIM tray holds your SIM cards in the side of the Honor X8a. If it is lost, bent or cracked, the cards cannot sit flat against the contacts, and the phone may show no SIM or drop signal.
This is a two-SIM tray made to fit the Honor X8a. It slides into the slot on the side of the phone and needs no tools apart from a SIM eject pin. Pick the colour that matches your phone.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Honor X8a, not a Pro, Lite or other version. The model code (CRT-LX1 or CRT-LX2 or CRT-LX3) is shown under Settings › About phone › Model.
The Honor X8a has a 6.7-inch screen and a USB-C port. The older Honor X8 has a different body and internal layout.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Push a SIM eject pin into the small hole beside the tray to release any old tray.
- Place your SIM cards in the new tray, gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray back in the same way round until it sits flush, then power on and check signal.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Honor X8a?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Honor X8a. It is made for models CRT-LX1, CRT-LX2 and CRT-LX3. It does not fit the Honor X8, Honor X8b, Honor X7a.
Does it fit the Honor X8?
No. The Honor X8 uses a different tray. This tray is made for the Honor X8a only.
How many SIM cards does it hold?
It holds two SIM cards, as shown in the photos. Place each card with its gold contacts facing down.
Is it made by Honor?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality SIM card tray made to fit the Honor X8a, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. This part is easy to fit. Power the phone off first and use a SIM eject pin. A bent tray should not be forced out; if it is stuck, a repair shop can remove it without damaging the reader.
