What this part is
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro uses a USB-C port on a flex cable at the bottom of the phone. As the Mate 10 Pro has no headphone jack, the same port is also used for wired headphones through an adapter, so it gets heavy use.
This part replaces the charging port flex cable. It restores charging, data and USB-C audio when the port is worn, loose or damaged. If the phone still does not charge after the new port is fitted, the battery or main board may be at fault.

Is this the right part?
Signs it needs replacing

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Mate 10 Pro, not a Pro, Lite or other version. The model code (BLA-L09 or BLA-L29) is shown under Settings › About phone › Model.
The Mate 10 Pro has a 6-inch screen, a rear fingerprint sensor and no headphone jack. The standard Mate 10 has its fingerprint sensor on the front.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the glass back to soften the adhesive, open it and disconnect the battery.
- Remove the lower cover and the parts over the charging flex.
- Disconnect and lift out the old flex, then fit the new one in the same position.
- Reconnect the battery and test charging, data and USB-C audio.
- Reassemble, seal the back with new adhesive and run a final check.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Mate 10 Pro?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Mate 10 Pro. It is made for models BLA-L09 and BLA-L29. It does not fit the Mate 10, Mate 10 Lite, Mate 20 Pro.
Does it fit the Mate 10?
No. The standard Mate 10 has a different charging port part. This flex is for the Mate 10 Pro only.
Will USB-C headphones work again?
If the old port was the cause, yes. The new port carries charging, data and USB-C audio, the same as the part the phone shipped with.
Is it made by Huawei?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port flex cable made to fit the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Mate 10 Pro has a glued glass back and a water-resistant seal, so it needs heat, the right tools and new adhesive.
