The Huawei Mate 10 Pro tray holds two nano-SIM cards. The Mate 10 Pro has no memory card slot, so this tray is for SIM cards only. If the tray is lost or bent, the cards cannot sit flat and the phone may show no SIM.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Mate 10 Pro, not a Pro, Lite or other version. The model code (BLA-L09 or BLA-L29) is shown under Settings › About phone › Model.
The Mate 10 Pro has a 6-inch screen, a rear fingerprint sensor and no headphone jack. The standard Mate 10 has its fingerprint sensor on the front.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Use a SIM eject pin in the small hole to release any old tray.
- Place your nano-SIM cards in the new tray, contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray in the same way round until it sits flush, then power on and check both SIMs.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
