What this part is
The Huawei Mate 10 tray has two slots. One takes a nano-SIM, and the other takes either a second nano-SIM or a microSD memory card. If the tray is lost, bent or cracked, cards can move off the contacts and the phone may lose signal or storage.
This new tray is made to fit the Mate 10 slot and sits flush with the frame. It fits without tools apart from a SIM eject pin. Pick the colour that matches your phone.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Mate 10, not a Pro, Lite or other version. The model code (ALP-L09 or ALP-L29) is shown under Settings › About phone › Model.
The Mate 10 has a 5.9-inch screen and a fingerprint sensor on the front, below the screen. The Mate 10 Pro has its fingerprint sensor on the back.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Use a SIM eject pin in the small hole to release any old tray.
- Place the SIM card, and a second SIM or microSD card if needed, in the new tray.
- Slide the tray in until it sits flush, then power on and check signal and storage.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fit my Mate 10?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Mate 10. It is made for models ALP-L09 and ALP-L29. It does not fit the Mate 10 Pro, Mate 10 Lite.
Does it fit the Mate 10 Pro?
No. The Mate 10 Pro uses a different tray without a memory card slot. This tray is for the standard Mate 10 only.
Can I use a memory card and two SIM cards at once?
No. The second slot takes either a nano-SIM or a microSD card, not both at the same time.
Is it made by Huawei?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality SIM card tray made to fit the Huawei Mate 10, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. This tray is simple to fit with a SIM eject pin. If an old bent tray is stuck in the phone, a repair shop can remove it without damaging the reader.
