What this part is
The rear cameras on the Huawei Mate 20 sit behind one glass cover in a square housing. When the glass cracks or scratches, light scatters and photos look hazy, soft or full of flare, even if the cameras still work.
This part replaces the glass lens cover only. A new cover restores clear photos and keeps dust away from the cameras. If a camera shows black, the module is at fault, not the glass.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The device name should read Mate 20, not a Pro, Lite or other version. The model code (HMA-L09 or HMA-L29) is shown under Settings › About phone › Model.
The Mate 20 has a 6.53-inch screen with a small teardrop notch and a rear fingerprint sensor. The Mate 20 Pro has a curved screen, a wide notch and an in-screen fingerprint sensor.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and protect the back glass.
- Warm the lens area gently to soften the old adhesive.
- Lift out the damaged glass and remove every fragment and all old adhesive.
- Clean the recess with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry.
- Dry-fit the new lens to check the fit and which way round it goes.
- Remove the backing, press the lens firmly into place and test the cameras.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Mate 20?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Mate 20. It is made for models HMA-L09 and HMA-L29. It does not fit the Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 Lite, Mate 20 X.
Does it fit the Mate 20 Pro?
No. The Mate 20 Pro has a different camera layout and glass. This lens is for the standard Mate 20 only.
Will it fix a camera that shows black?
No. This is the glass cover only. A black camera usually means the camera module has failed.
Is it made by Huawei?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality camera lens cover made to fit the Huawei Mate 20, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
