What this part is
The loudspeaker in the Huawei P20 Pro sits at the bottom of the phone and plays ringtones, alarms, music, video sound and speakerphone calls. Water, dust and drops can damage it, so sound becomes quiet, crackly or stops completely.
This is the complete speaker module for the Huawei P20 Pro. It is not the earpiece you hold to your ear during normal calls. If the loudspeaker is silent, first check the volume, Do Not Disturb and any Bluetooth connection; if sound is still missing, the speaker is the likely fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model should read P20 Pro and the model number should start CLT-.
The P20 Pro has a 6.1-inch screen and three rear cameras. The P20 has two.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back glass edges and lift it off carefully with a thin plastic tool.
- Remove the screws holding the inner covers, then disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the screws holding the loudspeaker module and lift it out.
- Fit the new loudspeaker, making sure its contacts sit flat, and secure the screws.
- Refit the covers and screws, apply new adhesive and close the phone, pressing evenly.
- Reconnect the battery if needed, power on and test ringtone, music and speakerphone.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Huawei P20 Pro?
Yes, if your model number is CLT-L09 or CLT-L29. Check it in Settings › About phone.
Does it fit the Huawei P20?
No. The P20 (EML-) is smaller and has a different layout. This part is for the P20 Pro (CLT-) only.
Is this the earpiece speaker?
No. This is the loudspeaker at the bottom of the Huawei P20 Pro, used for ringtones, media and speakerphone. The earpiece is a separate part.
Is it made by Huawei?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the Huawei P20 Pro, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Huawei P20 Pro has to be opened carefully with heat and plastic tools, and the battery must be disconnected before the new part is connected.
