What this part is
The rear cameras on the Huawei P20 sit behind a small glass lens cover set into the back. If this glass cracks or is badly scratched, photos can look hazy, blurred or show flare, even though the camera itself is fine.
This part is the lens cover only, not the camera module. It replaces the outer glass and trim so the cameras can see clearly again. If photos are still blurred or the camera will not open after fitting, the camera module may be damaged.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model should read P20 and the model number should start EML-.
The P20 has a 5.8-inch screen and two rear cameras. The P20 Pro has three rear cameras.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Warm the area around the camera lens to soften the adhesive.
- Remove the broken glass and trim carefully, taking care not to touch the camera lenses.
- Clean away all old adhesive and glass fragments.
- Fit the new lens cover with fresh adhesive and press it evenly into place.
- Power on and test every rear camera and the flash.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Huawei P20?
Yes, if your model number is EML-L09 or EML-L29. Check it in Settings › About phone.
Does it fit the Huawei P20 Pro?
No. The P20 Pro (CLT-) is larger and has a different body and layout. This part is for the P20 (EML-) only.
Does this replace the camera itself?
No. This is the outer glass lens cover and trim only. The camera module is not included.

Should I fit it myself?
