What this part is
The Huawei P30 Pro has no earpiece grille on the front. Huawei uses the screen itself to play call audio, driven by a small earpiece unit behind the display. If that unit fails, callers become quiet, crackly or silent while speakerphone still works.
This part is that earpiece speaker on its flex cable. It does not fix the bottom loudspeaker or the microphone.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model should read P30 Pro and the model number should be VOG-L09 or VOG-L29 or VOG-L04.
The P30 Pro model number starts VOG-. The P30 starts ELE- and the P30 Lite starts MAR-.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off, remove the SIM tray and warm the back glass evenly to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back glass with a thin pick, then remove the screws and cover plates over the part.
- Disconnect the battery connector before touching any other part.
- Unplug the old earpiece speaker flex at the top of the phone and lift it out.
- Fit the new earpiece flex in the same position and press its connector home.
- Reconnect the battery and make a test call, then close with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the Huawei P30?
No. The P30 has a flat screen and a smaller body. The P30 Pro has curved screen edges. Order the part listed for your exact model.
Why is there no speaker slot on the front?
The P30 Pro plays call audio through the screen. This earpiece unit sits behind the display and drives it, so it can be replaced without a visible grille.

Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Huawei P30 Pro has a glued glass back that needs heat and care to open, and the battery must be disconnected before the new part is connected.
