How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read P9 Plus and the model number VIE-L09 or VIE-L29, not P9.
The P9 Plus has a 5.5-inch screen. The standard P9 is smaller, with a 5.2-inch screen.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the P9 Plus off.
- Push a SIM eject pin into the small hole beside the tray to release it.
- Remove the old tray and take out your SIM and memory cards.
- Place the cards in the new tray, gold contacts facing down, in the marked positions.
- Slide the tray back in the correct way round until it sits flush.
- Power on and check the phone reads the SIM and any memory card.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
