What this part is
The earpiece is the small speaker at the top of the screen that you hear during normal calls. On the iPhone 11 it also works with the bottom speaker to give stereo sound. If calls sound faint, rattle or are silent unless you use speakerphone, the earpiece is usually at fault.
This is the speaker unit only, without the sensor flex. It is a good choice when the flex is working and only the sound is poor. The screen must be removed to reach it.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The model name should read iPhone 11.
The iPhone 11 has a 6.1-inch screen and two rear cameras. The iPhone 11 Pro is smaller, with three cameras.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Brush the earpiece grille clean and test again before opening the phone.
- Power off, remove the pentalobe screws and warm the screen edges.
- Open the display and disconnect the battery.
- Remove the earpiece cover and lift out the old speaker.
- Fit the new speaker and refit its cover and screws.
- Reconnect, then test a call and stereo playback before sealing.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my iPhone 11?
Yes, if Settings › General › About shows iPhone 11. It fits models A2221, A2111 and A2223.
Does it fit the iPhone 11 Pro?
No. The iPhone 11 Pro uses a different earpiece. This speaker is for the iPhone 11 only.
Will it fix my loudspeaker too?
No. This is the top call speaker only. If the bottom speaker is quiet, that is a separate loudspeaker part.
