What this part is
The iPhone 11 loudspeaker sits at the bottom of the phone, beside the charging port. It plays ringtones, alarms, music and speakerphone calls. Water, dust or a drop can leave it crackly, quiet or silent.
This part replaces the whole loudspeaker module. If the earpiece at the top is also quiet, or sound fails through headphones and Bluetooth too, the fault may be elsewhere. Check that the speaker mesh is clean and the phone is not stuck in silent mode before ordering.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The Model Name should read iPhone 11. Tap the Model Number to show the A-number, which should be one of A2221, A2111 or A2223.
The iPhone 11 has a 6.1-inch LCD screen and two rear cameras. The iPhone 11 Pro is smaller, with three rear cameras, and the iPhone 11 Pro Max is larger, also with three.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the two pentalobe screws beside the charging port.
- Warm the screen edges, open the display carefully and disconnect the battery.
- Remove the screws and bracket holding the loudspeaker at the base of the phone.
- Lift the old loudspeaker out and seat the new one in the same position.
- Reconnect the battery and test ringtones, music and speakerphone before closing.
- Apply new screen adhesive, close the phone and press evenly around the edges.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my iPhone 11?
Yes, if Settings › General › About shows iPhone 11. It fits models A2221, A2111 and A2223.
Does it fit the iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone XR?
No. The iPhone 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max and XR use differently shaped loudspeakers. This one is for the iPhone 11 only.
Will this fix quiet calls?
Only on speakerphone. Normal calls held to your ear use the earpiece speaker at the top of the phone, which is a separate part.
Is it made by Apple?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker module made to fit the iPhone 11, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The iPhone 11 must be opened from the screen side with heat, and the battery must be disconnected before the speaker is removed.
