What this part is
The iPhone 11 Pro has three rear cameras under a raised camera bump, each protected by a small glass cover. When a cover cracks or scratches, light scatters and photos look soft, hazy or full of flare, even though the cameras still work.
This part replaces the glass cover only. The old glass is bonded in place, so it must be lifted out carefully without touching the camera lens beneath. A new cover restores sharp photos and keeps dust out. If the camera app shows black, the fault is in the camera module, not the glass.

Open Settings › General › About. The Model Name should read iPhone 11 Pro. Tap the Model Number to see the A-number (A2215, A2160, A2217).
The iPhone 11 Pro has a 5.8-inch screen and three rear cameras. The 11 Pro Max looks the same but is larger, with a 6.5-inch screen.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and protect the back glass around the camera bump.
- Warm the lens area gently to soften the old adhesive.
- Lift out the damaged glass and remove every fragment and all old adhesive.
- Clean the recess with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry fully.
- Dry-fit the new glass to check fit, then remove the backing and press it into place.
- Test every rear camera, including zoom and wide-angle, for clear photos.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
