What this part is
The loudspeaker of the iPhone 11 Pro sits at the bottom of the phone, beside the Lightning port. It plays ringtones, alerts, music, video sound and speakerphone calls. Water, dust in the grille or a drop can leave it quiet, crackly, rattling or silent.
This part replaces the loudspeaker module. It is reached from the front once the display is opened and the battery disconnected. Before buying, clean the bottom grille gently and check that the phone is not connected to Bluetooth, as both can make the speaker seem dead.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The Model Name should read iPhone 11 Pro. Tap the Model Number to see the A-number (A2215, A2160, A2217).
The iPhone 11 Pro has a 5.8-inch screen and three rear cameras. The 11 Pro Max looks the same but is larger, with a 6.5-inch screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off, warm the screen edges and open the display.
- Disconnect the battery, then the display cables.
- Remove the screws and brackets at the bottom and lift out the old loudspeaker.
- Fit the new loudspeaker and refit the screws and brackets.
- Reconnect and test ringtone, media, speakerphone and the microphones.
- Reseal the display with new adhesive and press it evenly.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

No. The iPhone 11 Pro Max has a different body size and uses its own loudspeaker. This one is for the iPhone 11 Pro only.
Will it fix quiet sound in normal calls?
No. Sound at your ear in a normal call comes from the earpiece speaker at the top. This part fixes the bottom loudspeaker only.
Is it made by Apple?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker module made to fit the iPhone 11 Pro, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The display of the iPhone 11 Pro must be opened with heat and resealed, and the battery must be disconnected first.
