Overview
What this part is
The 6.5-inch display of the iPhone 11 Pro Max is one bonded unit: the glass, touch layer and OLED panel cannot be separated. If the glass is cracked, touch fails, or the picture shows lines, green tint, flicker or black patches, the whole assembly is replaced.
This version is OLED, like the screen the phone came with, so blacks stay deep and colours look rich. It comes pre-fitted to a mid-frame, which saves separating the old screen from its frame and gives a flat, neat fit. True Tone may need the old screen's data transferred with a programmer; ask your technician.

Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and warm the screen edges to soften the adhesive.
- Open the display and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Unplug the old screen and move over the earpiece bracket and any other small parts it needs.
- Connect the new screen and test display, touch and brightness before sealing.
- Apply new adhesive, close the phone and press evenly while it cures.
- Run a final check: display, touch, Face ID, calls, speakers and cameras.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Will this fit my iPhone 11 Pro Max?
Yes, if Settings › General › About shows iPhone 11 Pro Max. It fits models A2218, A2161 and A2220.
Does it fit the iPhone XS Max?
No. The iPhone XS Max also has a 6.5-inch screen, but its display connector and frame are different. This screen is for the iPhone 11 Pro Max only.
Why choose a screen with a frame?
The mid-frame comes already fitted, so the screen does not need to be separated from a frame during fitting. This lowers the risk of damage and gives a flatter, neater finish.
Is it made by Apple?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality oled screen with frame made to fit the iPhone 11 Pro Max, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. Opening the iPhone 11 Pro Max needs heat, the right tools and new adhesive, and the battery must be disconnected safely.
How quickly will it arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day from Manchester, with free Royal Mail Tracked delivery on UK orders from £5. Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt.
