What this part is
The loudspeaker on the iPhone 13 sits at the bottom of the phone, next to the charging port. It plays ringtones, alarms, music and speakerphone calls. Water, dust or a drop can damage it, and sound becomes quiet, distorted or stops.
This part is the loudspeaker module only. It does not change the earpiece speaker at the top of the phone, which you hold to your ear on normal calls. If sound is quiet in both speakers, check for a software or motherboard fault first.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The Model Name should read iPhone 13. Tap the Model Number to see the A-number (A2482, A2631, A2633, A2634, A2635).
The iPhone 13 has a 6.1-inch screen and two rear cameras set diagonally. The iPhone 13 Pro has three rear cameras.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power off the iPhone 13, remove the two screws beside the charging port and warm the screen edges to soften the adhesive.
- Open the phone and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the screws and bracket holding the loudspeaker at the base.
- Lift out the old loudspeaker and seat the new one in the same position.
- Refit the screws, reconnect the battery and test ringtones, music and speakerphone.
- Close the phone with new adhesive and press evenly while it sets.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the iPhone 14?
We list this loudspeaker for the iPhone 13 only. The iPhone 14 is a different model, so please choose the part listed for it.
Will it fix quiet sound on normal calls?
No. Normal calls use the earpiece speaker at the top of the phone. This part is the bottom loudspeaker for speakerphone, ringtones and media.
Is it made by Apple?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the iPhone 13, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The iPhone 13 must be opened and the battery disconnected, and the phone needs new adhesive to seal it again.
