Overview
What this part is
The iPhone 14 Pro charges and syncs through a Lightning port at the bottom edge. The port sits on a flex cable that also links to the bottom microphones. Wear, pocket dust and bent pins can stop the cable seating properly.
Before buying, check the port with a torch and clean out lint with a wooden or plastic pick, and try a different cable and charger. If charging still cuts in and out, this flex cable replaces the port. The part is available in colours to match your phone's frame.

- Charging stops and starts on its own
How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The Model Name should read iPhone 14 Pro. Tap the Model Number to see the A-number (A2650, A2889, A2890, A2891, A2892).
The iPhone 14 Pro has a 6.1-inch screen, a Dynamic Island cut-out at the top of the screen and three rear cameras. The iPhone 14 range uses a Lightning port, not USB-C.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off, remove the two bottom screws and warm the screen edges to soften the adhesive.
- Open the phone and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the loudspeaker and the brackets over the charging port flex.
- Unclip and remove the old flex cable, then fit the new one in the same path.
- Reconnect the battery and test charging, data sync and the microphones.
- Refit the loudspeaker, apply new adhesive, close the phone and run a final check.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Will this fit my iPhone 14 Pro?
Yes, if Settings › General › About shows iPhone 14 Pro. It fits models A2650, A2889, A2890, A2891 and A2892.
Does it fit the iPhone 14?
No. The iPhone 14 has the same screen size but a notch and only two rear cameras. Those phones use different internal parts, so this part is for the iPhone 14 Pro only.
Does this fix wireless charging?
No. This part only replaces the Lightning port flex cable. MagSafe and wireless charging use a separate coil.
Is it made by Apple?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port flex cable made to fit the iPhone 14 Pro, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The iPhone 14 Pro must be opened and the battery disconnected, and the flex cable runs close to other connectors.
How quickly will it arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day from Manchester by Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery is free on UK orders from £5. Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt.
