What this part is
The iPhone 14 Pro loudspeaker sits at the bottom of the phone, next to the Lightning charging port. It plays ringtones, alerts, speakerphone calls, music and video. Water, dust or a drop can leave it quiet, distorted or silent.
This part replaces the loudspeaker module on its own. Before buying, check the speaker grille for dirt, and test with Bluetooth disconnected. If only the top earpiece is quiet during calls, you need the earpiece speaker instead.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The Model Name should read iPhone 14 Pro. Tap the Model Number to see the A-number (A2650, A2889, A2890, A2891, A2892).
The iPhone 14 Pro has a 6.1-inch screen, a Dynamic Island cut-out at the top of the screen and three rear cameras. The loudspeaker grille is on the bottom edge, to one side of the charging port.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off, remove the two bottom screws and warm the screen edges to soften the adhesive.
- Open the phone and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the screws and brackets holding the loudspeaker at the bottom of the phone.
- Lift out the old loudspeaker and fit the new one in the same position.
- Reconnect the battery and test ringtones, speakerphone and media sound.
- Apply new adhesive, close the phone and run a final check of calls, charging and display.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the iPhone 14?
No. The iPhone 14 has the same screen size but a notch and only two rear cameras. Those phones use different internal parts, so this part is for the iPhone 14 Pro only.
Will it fix quiet sound during normal calls?
No. In normal calls you hear the earpiece speaker at the top of the iPhone 14 Pro. This loudspeaker handles ringtones, speakerphone and media sound.
Is it made by Apple?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker module made to fit the iPhone 14 Pro, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The iPhone 14 Pro must be opened and the battery disconnected, and the phone needs new adhesive when it is closed.
