What this part is
The iPhone 15 Plus has two rear cameras, each covered by a small glass lens set into the camera surround on the back glass. When that glass cracks or scratches, light scatters and photos look soft, hazy or streaky, even though the cameras still work.
This part replaces only the glass cover. The old lens is bonded in place, so it must be removed carefully without disturbing the camera module underneath. If the camera shows a black screen or will not focus, the fault is in the camera module instead.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The Model Name should read iPhone 15 Plus. Tap the Model Number once to see the A-number (A2847, A3093, A3094, A3096).

Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the iPhone 15 Plus off and protect the back glass around the camera.
- Warm the lens area gently to soften the old adhesive.
- Lift out the damaged glass and remove every fragment and all old adhesive.
- Clean the lens recess with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry fully.
- Dry-fit the new lens to check fit and orientation.
- Remove the backing, press the lens firmly into place, then test both cameras.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
