Overview
What this part is
The iPhone 15 Plus has two rear cameras, a main wide camera and an ultra wide camera, mounted together in one module. When the module fails, the camera app may show a black screen, photos may stay out of focus, or the phone may switch lenses badly.
This part replaces the full rear camera module and its flex cable. It is reached from inside the phone after removing the back glass or the camera bracket, depending on your tools. If the image is only hazy because the lens glass is cracked, a lens glass replacement is a cheaper fix. After the repair, iOS may show a parts notice for the camera in Settings.

Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the iPhone 15 Plus off and open the phone from the back glass or display side.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the camera bracket screws and unplug the camera flex cable.
- Lift out the old module and seat the new one squarely in its recess.
- Reconnect the flex, refit the bracket and test both lenses, focus and video.
- Close the phone with new adhesive and run a final camera check.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Will this fit my iPhone 15 Plus?
Yes, if Settings › General › About shows iPhone 15 Plus. It fits models A2847, A3093, A3094 and A3096.
Does it fit the iPhone 15 Pro Max?
No. The iPhone 15 Pro Max has a different camera module with more lenses. This part is for the iPhone 15 Plus only.
My photos are hazy but the camera works. Do I need this?
Probably not. Hazy photos with a working camera are often caused by a cracked lens glass. Check the glass first; the module is needed when the camera will not open or focus.
Is it made by Apple?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality rear camera module made to fit the iPhone 15 Plus, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The iPhone 15 Plus must be opened with heat and the right tools, and the battery must be disconnected safely.
How quickly will it arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day from Manchester by Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery is free on UK orders from £5.
