The iPhone 16 Pro charges and syncs through a USB-C port built into a flex cable at the bottom of the phone. Wear from daily plugging, a bent contact or liquid damage can stop the port working even when the battery is healthy.
This part replaces the port and its flex as one assembly. It is sold in colours (Black, Gold, Titanium or White) so the port surround matches the titanium frame. Before ordering, clean the port with a plastic pick and try another USB-C cable and charger, as a dirty port or a bad cable often looks like a failed port.

How to check your model
Open Settings › General › About. The Model Name should read iPhone 16 Pro. Tap the Model Number once to see the A-number (A3083, A3292, A3293, A3294).
The iPhone 16 Pro has a 6.3-inch screen, three rear cameras and a titanium frame. The iPhone 16 Pro Max is larger at 6.9 inches.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the iPhone 16 Pro off and open it with gentle heat and the right tools.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the loudspeaker and brackets over the charging port.
- Unscrew the port, lift out the old flex and fit the new one in its place.
- Reconnect the battery and test charging, data sync and the microphone.
- Close the phone with new adhesive and run a final check.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
