What this part is
On the Lenovo Tab M9 the charging port sits on a small sub-board at the bottom of the tablet, joined to the main board by a flex cable. Daily plugging in, pocket lint and drops wear the port out, and the tablet stops charging reliably.
This is the complete charging port board, so the whole board is swapped as one part and the port itself does not need soldering. If the tablet still does not charge with a new board and a known good cable, the battery or main board may be at fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About tablet. The model should read TB-310FU, TB-310XU or TB-310XC.
The model number is also printed on the back of the tablet or on the box. Lenovo uses many similar tablet names, so check the code before ordering.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Lenovo Tab M9 off and remove the card tray.
- Release the back cover clips with a plastic opening tool, working slowly around the edge.
- Disconnect the battery connector before touching any other part.
- Unplug the flex cable from the old charging port board, remove its screws and lift it out.
- Fit the new board, reconnect the flex cable and secure the screws.
- Refit the back cover, power on and test charging with a known good cable.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Yes, if the model is TB-310FU, TB-310XU or TB-310XC.
Does it fit the Lenovo Tab K9?
No. The Tab K9 (TB-305) has a different charging board. We sell that board separately.
Do I need to solder anything?
No. This is a complete board with the port already fitted. It connects with a flex cable and screws.
Is it made by Lenovo?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality part made to fit the Lenovo Tab M9, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. Tablet back covers are held by many small clips, and the battery must be disconnected before the new board is connected.
