What this part is
Inside the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro, a flex cable carries the picture signal from the main board to the display. If this cable is torn, creased or damaged during a screen repair, the screen can stay black, flicker or show lines even though the display panel itself is fine.
This part replaces that cable only. It is not a screen. Before ordering, it is worth checking that the display panel is not cracked or leaking, because a damaged panel needs a full screen replacement instead.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About tablet. The device name should read Lenovo Tab P12 Pro.
The Tab P12 Pro has a 12.6-inch screen. The Tab P12 (12.7-inch) is a different tablet.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro off.
- Warm the edges and open the tablet carefully with plastic tools, taking care not to crack the thin display.
- Disconnect the battery connector before touching any other part.
- Unplug the old display flex from the screen and the main board, noting how it is routed.
- Fit the new flex along the same route and press both connectors fully home.
- Test the display before sealing, then refit with new adhesive and press evenly.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
